DCS STRATEGY AND ITS OUTCOMES



BOOSTER JUICE had attracted a dynamic and independently successful group of shareholders to its register who, together with  the founding shareholders and key executives played an active role in directing the growth strategies of the company. .During a series of strategy planning sessions the Board of Management applied its substantial experience in building networks and brands to exploring new growth horizons.
The strategic and  business planning process pointed to the development of an international franchising program that involved a mix of both Master Franchising and Area Development arrangements. An international franchise strategy was developed and the financial, legal and administrative structure and franchise program to facilitate growth was formulated following an aggressive Trade Mark registration program.

BOOSTER Juice has a growing global network of International Master Franchise and Area Development partners operating in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. It is still one of the fastest growing companies in CANADA.
– BOOSTER Juice has the largest spread of stores in the global juice and smoothies segment.
– The company is accelerating its growth through its international expansion strategies in multiple
   markets.
– Its international country partners are duplicating the canadian growth story using both franchised
   and company-owned stores.
– The value of the BOOSTER Juice Company is creating a new growth horizon on the back of this
    international strategy.
– Some of the highest revenue BOOSTER Juice stores in the world are now located outside of CANADA.
– The brand is becoming highly visible and the options of build and hold, trade sale or I.P.O provide
